Dear Sir / Madam, I want to lodge a Complaint of cheating / using unfair trade practice by ICICI representative. I received a call from an ICICI Pru Life representative (in Dec'08 / Jan'09) that my policy is selected for some kind of upgrade product. wherein a new policy will be issued to me and my old policy will be discarded.
