The Window AC since its installation in 2008 is giving one or the other trouble. Initially the IV blew away twice, the gas leaked twice( immediately after the guarantee period) . It does not provide sufficient cooling, the electricity consumption is too high. I came to know that 2008 lot was defective and company replaced quite q few ACs. It is distressing that despite repeated requests nothing has been done so far in my case. I am not going to get the gas filled again by paying a hefty amount.
