We ordered three books from Half.com. One shipped with 18 pages torn out of it, one never shipped and one was not what was ordered. We were charged for all three books. Half.com did not respond to our complaints and neither did the shippers. We cancelled our credit card and the charges were never paid to Half.com. Only then did they respond to our complaints saying we never should have cancelled our credit card payment. They claim we should have used their complaint process. We did and it is BROKEN.
