OK, I have found a contact number. It is 1-888-257-9100. When you call, just stay on the line. It will run you through what you need to start an account, then it will connect you to a real person. Just tell them that you want to cancel your subscription and there you go. When talking to them they told me that there is only two ways to cancel. One is by mail and the second is by telephone. For a future issue with a company, scroll through there "terms of use". Find their copyright infringement policy, because there is usually a number attached to a real person.
