Horrible people and service!! Had I read the previous complaints first. I had two arrangements delivered to the same address. They charged two delivery fees. They had the "coupon" for $5 off but only allowed the coupon for one arrangement! They had two separate handling fees added even though it was one address. They misrepresented themselves. Their 800 number did not work. When I did reach them it was an hour after placing my online order. They put me on hold for 5 mins. and parroted the same thing as person #1 said and would not let me cancel the order. They are terrible with customer service.
