My husband has lots over 150 lbs by going to Bk for the last 3 years. He has gone there 3 times a day everyday. But if I continue to get bad service as we have been getting lately we will stop and go else where. The service has been very very slow lately. And they are often rude. My experience tonight was waiting for 5 minutes at the speaker before they even acknowledge that I was waiting and then said I will be with you soon.
