I have taken a personal postpaid connection almost a month back and which is not yet activated. I have complained about the same to customer care 4 times there is no proper responce. This is the worst customer service i have seen. After all these days now they are asking me to go to a Airtel outlet for resolving the same. If this was the case then this could have been informed to me earlier only. Now they dont resopnd. read full review »
