Hi, I wish to bring to your kind notice an embarrassing experience I have had yesterday, 15th September 2009, at theThai airways office in Bangalore. 1. I had to wait for about 10 minutes as there was no one at the reception desk and I did not know whom to call for. There were people walking around in the lobby but no one cared to ask me if I needed any help. But that was not the real issue. Read on. 2.
