The following e-mail trail says everything ! …and today is 5th day and the connection is still not activated . No one has called me for verification . In fact, Initial commitment was activation within 24 hrs in Web world shop. It seems BSNL support is far more better than reliance … and think of your competitors Airtel and TATA.
