we have paid 7657/- rupees to have a wimax connection that never worked for the first 4 weeks then we had a bill for 2, 025 rupees & 1, 297 rupees which we paid albeit late as we were away from India . Now they have disconnected us completely & are asking for another 2, 600 rupees to reconnect. We were told by the General manager that as we had not sic gned a disconnection notice we would not have to pay. The head man from soma in Goa Mr Dominic fernandez said we would have to pay.
