my friend and i booked aholiday to lanzerote for the 11 sept back in may payment was paid in full on that day of booking and when we arrived at the hotel we were told that no payment had been maid to the hotel.I rang the number provided by roomsnet.com for an emergancy but no one answered even though it is advertised on their websit as 24 hours help line .
