Worked in one of their call centers briefly. Rude, insensitive, condescending managers who treat workers like cattle/prisoners yet expect them to maintain perfect perky tones on the phone while barely making minimum wage. Thin training that doesn't give reps the tools they need to help customers efficiently and literally the slowest (and rudest) IT tech support I've ever seen (having worked for four Fortune 500 comapnies) that's managed hundreds of miles offsite.
