My Verizon long distance bill seemed high, so I checked it. There was a charge of $19.95 on it for "PC Protect". Total with tax was $20.05. I called Verizon and they said it was an outside company they have no control over! They refunded the cost to my bill, they said. Just wonder if this will show up next month.
