My Vizio quit after 18 months. Read Q & A from Vizio and Black Lines are caused by Cable Box? Called Comcast and they reloaded cable box. Cable box not the problem. Then called Vizio. They looked up Model and Serial #. Gee, sorry, out of warranty. They gave me T.F. for ITI. Called ITI left message. Took them 3 days to get back to me. I asked Vizio if the problem that I am having was wide spread. She said this is the first complaint they have had(HAHAHAHA). Then I went on to the net and typed in "complaints against Vizio".
