I accepted a trial offer for the Acai Berry and Life Cleanse for which they only were suppose to charge me the shipping. Apparently there is fine print that states if you do not cancel the order within 15 days, you will be charged for ongoing monthly supplies. This is absolutely outrageous - I just received my credit card statement and they have charged me $500+ for products that I have not received or wish to receive. I called customer service and they are all well scripted indicating that they can cancel future orders but they cannot refund what has already been charged. read full review »
