I have been with Wells Fargo for almost three years. At first I had no problems with them. Since that time, my husband and I have made out all the papers asking for a "Hardship" with our loan. We were not asking to have the money forgotten, just have our monthly payment reduced so we could get caught up. After about two months of not knowing, we got a phone call telling us we did not qualify for anything. BUT, they could help us out by automaticly taking out the payment.
