I took an airtel lifetime prepaid plan on 16th Sep 2009. I took a top-up for 77 ( 3 months validity) so that my calling rate will be reduced. I also took a recharge of 160 (Talktime Rs 353/21 days). By the airtel representative 'name : Iftikar '(Cunningham Road Airtel office, Bangalore) i was confirmed that the calling rate will be reduced for all plans.
