I was contacted by netwerkmakelaardij.nl concerning a room, we had a viewing and I agreed to take the room. The builing was in renovation, so I could only take the room one month later. Netwerkmakelaardij charged me €1050 of commission. As soon as I gave them the money they only gave me the phone number of Dehuurdesk. I phoned them and arranged an appointment.
