Just like others, I chose this site because of the price. I received the book extremely late. I have called multiple times and sent multiple emails as well and no response. I sent the book back as well as it was poorly kept. The site specificially says no handwriting and this book was full of it. So for me it looks like $50 down the drain. Chegg.com has had great customer service. I will be renting from them from now on. Lesson learned! Too bad I didn't see this site before. read full review »
