I placed an order and paid for it by credit card. 8 days later I tried to call and get the status, and could never reach my salesperson. Another man gave me a tracking number which turned out to be false. When I finally got hold of my salesperson, he told me the freight company had taken the order to the wrong location. Then he told me the freight company was going to charge him more and said he could just refund me.
