I read something about this company having fines and prison time for bank fraud, is this true? I would think it has to be a rumor if the states continue to let them do business. It would be a sad day to learn this is real and we allow them to continue to handle our biggest assets, our homes. This site really shows the true colors of this business. Whether or not Lend America has saved 100's of homes they have also ruined peoples lives, avoided paying invoices, and don't have the decency to call people back.
