A letter booked at Delhi on 12/09/2009 paying the charges to the courier reached my hand on 18/09/2009 at 15.15 hrs after at least 2 dozens of telephonic follow up. The purpose of people choosing courier is for fast delivery but on contrary the courier organization like this choose to deliver to their own whims and fancies.
