I had purchased a sony S302 handset on 10th of feb, 2009 and it has been submitted for repairing thrice in last 5 months.This set is in service centre from the past two and half months and still there is no response yet.I have complained several times atleast more than 20 times to customer care but still they are not ready to return it back to me.
