I ordered an unlocked iPhone from the Apple Specialist on 15 August via their website and used my credit card as paymnt. This was shown on their website as "pending" for about 2 weeks, after this time it showed a message that they had been unable to charge my card as it had been rejected by my bank and they suggested sending a bank credit to a bank in London.
