Dear Sir, I am Raman Aggarwal from pune. I had a prepaid connection of airtel service .And on 14th sep i went to airtel services at akurdi (pune) for the conversion of prepaid to postpaid service, Miss Ekta assist me and promised me that till 17th sep on by birthday i can use my postpaid connection. But till now i am barred of my postpaid services. I enquired today (18/09) but they are giving the excuse of faulty simcard. But the thing is that they were knowing regarding this before.
