Dear sir I have submitted my N72 handset for repairs on 6/9/09 at companys customer care centre (Sameer centre) Bitten market Bhopal.They told me that due to entry of water inside handset software is affected keypad i alo affected and there is a problem in on off witch. I have agreed and handed over the handset for repairs vide job sheet no 748504867/090906/9. Now it is told to us that the said handset can not be repaired. Iam surprised if the handset is not repaired at your authorised centre where it will be repaired.
