I wish to complain about the service that asda online home delivery surplies. I ordered online on the 16th september 09. When i had it delivered all of my food did NOT get delivered and i phoned up customer services and they said they would get something sorted and she would ring me back, she did ring me back but she said that nothing could be done as there was no home delivery staff on as it was to late, she then said that she would get a delivery driver to give me a ring on the 18th september 09 but i got no phone call.
