HOME LOAN A/C NO. LBFDB00001302983 Bank presented 4 Pre -emi cheques on 3/3/2007 . Only 1 was to be presented. 3 returned unpaid. Bank debited Rs. 675/- as cheque bouncing charges on 3/3/2007. On complaint, the bank realized its mistake and reversd the charges on 20/9/2007. The bank referred the matter to CIBIL and the same is still appearing as default. Bank has not bothered to update the data and not forwarded the request to eliminate the same from CIBIL.
