I am very disappointed with the quality of this product. I bought the home theater on Jan. 30th 2009. During that time i.e. 9 months, it has been sent to repair twice under Job Numbers: WJ090530009 and WJ090912015 Obviously this is not the type of quality expected from any product let alone a brand name like yours. In short I am very dissatisified and will not be buying any Samsung products again. I will definitely discourage my friends and contacts from buying Samsung products as well.
