we booked a hotel in Mallorca with Roomsnet.com and paid over £450 on credit card, when we arrived at the hotel we were told the room had been cancelled becuase they had not received payment from Roomsnet.com. We exhausted all avenues trying to contact them, they do not answer their phones or reply to e mails. We contacted a relative in the UK who also tried and got an e mail off them saying the problem was due to a system error and that they would refund us the full amount which would take 5 working days to be re-credited to our credit... read full review »
