My name is Elma, I'm 82 years old. I live in the kingsboro housing, the senior building on the 18th floor. A few doors down from me a tenant has a cat. I don't believe he has emptied the cat box since he moved in (8 months ago). The smell is so bad until it's in all the apartments on that floor.
