I use an Airtel service for my cell phone. day I received a message from them that I have used the service of glub.in hence forth they have charged me Rs. 15 from my balance. I talked to the Customer care who asswured me that he has deactivated the service and also refunded my money but this was not an end. Every time I recharge my balance I received the same sms and the money was deducted. I am tired of talking to the Customer care ex. again and again but this is still going on. I am seeking for an permanent solution for this problem please do let me know if any body knows one. Waiting for a solution. KD read full review »
