Cost Cutters

They run a promotion; Buy 9 Haircuts Get the 10th Free. I went to the Cost Cutters on Pineville Matthews Road in Charlotte to get my free haircut. I made the mistake of presenting the discount card first to Richard the manager and this certainly reflected in the quality of my haircut. Little effort was made and I walked out with one of the worst haircuts in a long time. Two days later I needed to go to a competitor to get a new haircut. Planet Beach

I want to share my experience as a Planet Beach Franchisee so anyone out there considering Planet Beach as an investment can make an informed decision. The entire experience was very costly and draining and ALL the promised support consisted of a few phone calls where franchisees we subjected to hours of the same big business babble from a highly overpaid consultant who came from the fitness/gym industry.
