They are constantly and consistently adding "hidden charges" to my account. I make a call 2-3 times per month to check my current bill and see how this matter may be resolved and not repeated the next month. Repeatedly they tell me that on the next bill my account will be re-adjusted with credits. They now claim I owe $500. My bill normally runs about $160-180 for cable and phone.
