I ordered the floor cleaning product by 'phone and my credit card info taken. I was told it would ship via Fed Express within 1 business day (order placed 11/22/08). After waiting until 11/26, I went to their web site and find it is back ordered! Why didn't the customer service representative tell me that at the time of ordering? I attempted to call today, 11/28, and was told the office was closed. I think this may be a "shoe-string" operation that won't be in business too long at this rate. read full review »
