My home showed signs of defective siding a few years ago.The siding was installed when the house was built, the house is only 17 years old. Now it is deteriorating at rapid speed; I actually woke up last night hearing noises, only to find out that hunks of rotting siding had fallen off the house, exposing the wood and insulation underneath. Apparently there was a class action suit against the company but I never received any info.
