Tamala Chmiel purchased 2 English Bulldog Puppies from a responsible breeder in SC named Candee Golliday. Both English Bulldogs were severely malnutritioned, abused and shot. The breeder warned them for several months that her contracts stated they were to be kept inside in a climate controlled environment and if found to be abused, neglected, creating a nuisance or running freely they would be seized by the breeder.
