My name is Kyle and Iam a 19 year old college student. I'm flustered and deeply disappointed in t-mobile's customer service. T-mobile's customer service is inconsistent. This is the third time that I've had trouble with my phone bill. I contacted t-mobile several times...to see why my cell phone services have been shut off.
