made a transaction w/this outfit, took them almost eight (8) hours to comply on what was a rather small transaction. Three hours later I am in the hole: According to our logs you have received ingame items in exchange for real currency. This is a EULA violation, and as such the items have been removed. Further violations of this kind may result in a ban being placed upon your account. Now this begs the question, how did this occur?
