Ordered a tap from this company but needed it by a specific date as a plumber was coming. Paid them an additional £24.00 to guarantee delivery. Tap wasn't delivered. Called them and explained that the plumber was about to leave and was then told that I had no chance of receiving it in time, but they wouldn't tell me why or when I would receive it. It arrived the following day and the paperwork accompanying it showed that it had not been dispatched until the previous day.
