After driving 3+ hours to catch a flight to a conference I arrived 2 minutes late. After explaining that I had driven 300klms I received no sympathy at all. 30 minutes prior to takeoff is the absolute cutoff no exceptions, " 100% sir, you are not getting on that flight" were her words. What a pathetic excuse for customer service, it simply does not exist at Deathstar and it's simply not good enough.
