I bought a unit from this website closeoutcctv.com and the unit started to give me problems after 1 month. The unit was dropiing video connection, and this a surveilance camera. NOT A RELIABLE SURVEILLANCE. I called and emailed tech support for almost a week and talked to Patrick MCdaniel. Patick told me that there is only 2 tech support They advertised free lifetime support on their product BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.. SOMEONE NEED TO INVESTIGATE THIS OUTFIT. THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY . The bottom line is Im out of surveillance system for almost a week because of the poor service and false advertising. read full review »
