My entire family including minor children need to apply for our first Passports. My children do not get home from school until 4:30 pm. So it is necessary for us to process our applications on a Saturday. I was told in August to call back on September 23. I called on September 22 and was told they were booked up for all Saturdays in October and to call back again at the end of October. Why? To be told again that they are booked up?
