I returned my product on 9/09/09 through the post office. To date, I have not received the full refund that was to be credited to my account. I have made 4 calls and one online chat. I have provided the USPS tracking number and have received confirmation of the delivery date and who signed for it. Are these places scams and they don't give you the full refund but take a 30% restocking fee by not acknowledging receipt of the returns? I feel these should be looked in to and I am going to file complaints with the better business bureau on this company and another company who pulled the same thing. read full review »
