When I bundled thorugh Qwest I was told that I had 30 days to return the services if I was not happy with them. Within 1 day I was aware that I did not want to be with these companies becasue they ran cables through my windows, that I cannot open or shut now, and honestly the whole thing was just a mess. So I called and cancelled. Qwest told me no problem and to just call direct tv to have them pick up their units. Well...
