I opened my statement on line and found that one item made me go about slightly negative in my account. Instead of charging me a fee for that one item, they moved transaction around to there advantage and charge me over $310 in fees in one week. I called them and they told me they would look into it but they never responded. I have been with them for 14 years and as I look through past statements, I see that they have been manipulating to their advantage all along. That's why my tax dollars along with part of my pay checks go to bailing them out. Don't use this bank and tell everyone you know. read full review »
