I baught a vodafone internation calling card(ICC) for US on 2nd May 2009. After enabling it for pinless dialing I used for calling to my relative in US. But when i received the bill for the month of May I found all my calls made on US number were charged as normal ISD rates and my bill amount was Rs ~3500.
