GMAC Mortgage is scamming the working class, I applied for a modification and paid on time and was denied and never informed until they had the opportunity to report my mortgage as being 60 days past due even though I was paid up one month ahead on the modification. This company should not be allowed to continue to scam the working class to get more money and they should not have access to federal funds and.
