Their customer service is horrible. Below is my exchange with them via e-mail for your amusement: ORIGINAL MESSAGE: [Message: Phone is less than 1 year old. Phone is randomly rebooting. Some days it is OK other days it might reboot e.g. 3 times within one hour. It is a "soft" reboot, that is I am not asked for the SIM PIN or phone PIN but the phone screen does go black and then it goes to the white screen with the NOKIA logo.
