For a FREE 30 day trial I have spent over $80 on products I did not want and shipping of returned merchandise that the company still will not refund. The company keeps emailing me generic responses such as "Our return policy states..." and we should have received the returned product in 30 days. The fact is, I have followed the return procedures exactly. I obtained an RMA number, mailed product back via First Class mail with confirmation of delivery and I did so within the 30 days. The company still will not refund my account. Do not buy anything from this company unless you want lots of headaches and an empty account! read full review »
